What is best for cleaning masks? Is anyone familiar with the

I have used a small amount of Dreft liquid for cleaning my mask and tubing. It works quite well. I do not use a brush for cleaning, but I take apart my mask and soak it every day. The tubing I clean once a week, unless I have a cold.
