Thanks for all for the advice. I actually pretty much fired my dme, didnt like the way they were dealing with me on the machine. I may go back for masks... i dunno. How often do most people get to try new masks through insurance/dme. My first mask from them was the Swift and I dig it. Recently I dec...

Well I didn't start this thread... I jumped in. But to answer your question, its two parts: 1. I am used to sleeping on my stomach... not sure why... just find it to be the direction I am facing when I get some sleep. The few masks I have tried get me really close (side sleeping) but the exhaust por...

Ok I think everyone here on this forum realizes how important a full nights sleep on cpap is... but I know for me at least... learning how to not sleep on my stomach after all these years has made it a slow learning process. Does everyone think that taking it off after 3 hours for a week, then 4 hou...

If you want to pay too much, try Colonial Medical Supply... maybe if your insurance is good, they will work out for you. CPAP.com is the way to go though. Billmyinsurance said that they couldnt do anything for my unitedhealtcare.

Ok, I used the Direct Seal Sizing Gauge even though I'm going to go with the pillows (didnt see a sizing chart for pillows on there). And the 1/2/3 section is the perfect size for my nares... any idea what that means?

Thanks

Any idea where on their website this information would be located? All I can find is a pdf that mentions the bag has a sizing guide. Would be nice to know for sure before I order... Thanks!

ComfortLite 2 Nasal Pillow Sizes

Thinking about purchasing one, anyone know the correct way to decide what size pillows I need? I currently use the Medium ones for my Swift.

Thanks

Wow, thanks for all the info. Well, the only reason I take the mask off is because I have noticed that I am extremely sensitive to getting a good sleep (during the day I am just out of it, if I dont feel like I got a good sleep). "So cpap should fix that!" you say. Well, I'm a really light sleeper, ...

Thanks for all the info.

Does anyone have any idea what average levels of NR, FL, OA, H, S are for people with Apnea? Also is there a simple description of the difference between Non Responsive Apnea, Obstructive Apneas, and Hypopnias?

NightHawkeye, thanks for asking... actually the manager called me and said she as able to convert me back to a rental! So, I guess I lucked out. Returned the machine and bought my APAP without insurance from cpap.com (btw this was the smartest thing I did). Funny enough while I was at the DME they s...

Hmm TMJ... I have suspected it for a while, but I don't really have any proof and I don't get headaches or jaw clicking. But, I do have clenching issues, and I do have some daytime dizziness or lightheadedness (this is why I started CPAP btw). Maybe I'll have to look more at this. So, I guess my big...

Anyone wanna analyse my encore report?

First of all, thanks to everyone on here... without you guys I'd probably be stuck with an inferior machine and mask. Anyway, I'm finally on the Remstart Auto, and actually learning to fall asleep with it (you'll see that nightly success is still quite variable). My initial sleep study wasn't very s...

Wow, thankfully they are in the cheap smart card reader business and not the professional ecommerce business... that was one of the trickiest ecommerce transactions I've experienced in quite a while.
