Re: Encore pro data card
Thanks Jim for your reply. I thought I read that here somewhere on this site but it was probably a couple of years ago. So the card should keep giving me new data everyday, You never have to replace the card inless of course you loose or damage it?

Is there any masks that don't leak???
Hey Everyone, just wanted to see if someone has a suggestion on masks that have worked well for you. I'm definitely ready to try something new. I have used a nasal mask for years with a chin strap but have always felt like I really didn't get a good night's sleep. I finally tried a full mask mask a ...

Actually my insurance is picking it up. I did have to pay for a starting up fee? and then I get billed for a low monthly fee for about 8 to 10 months and then I guess the machine is officially mine! LOL I did get the machine from my local DME but I didn't know they were able to download the data. Do...

What do you all think about this?
I was diaganosed with OSA almost 5 years ago, they were only able to titrate me to 11 because I kept waking up. I was at 11 for a couple of years but I never did feel that it was enough. In the last few months I've found this site and started educating myself, trying to learn about the different mac...

Before I wa treated for OSA I had PVC's and also when I would wake up in the morning and get in the shower my heart would be just pounding away. When I started the CPAP therapy the PVC's went awa...

Snooze_blues, I really like that name! After 5 years I'm finally getting things done all from my own doing. Not that my Sleep doc wasn't any good but all he could say is you have to do another sleep study, when I was still feeling fatigued during the day and also I was never titrated up to a proper ...

Thanks everyone for your replies, I knew I could count on your wonderful knowledge. I've had a regular cpap machine for almost 5 years and never knew until I found this site that some machines have the capability of recording apneas and all the other stuff.
