Machine Longevity

I am using a REMStar Plus M Series and have had it for about two years without a problem. What maintenance do these machines need (aside from filter changes)? What type of longevity should I expect?

Everyone is different, and you need someone to witness your sleep pattern, but I often get great naps in a lounge chair or even on the sofa.
