Hi, Esther. Glad you dropped in to make yourself known. I guess you won't be reading this for a few, as you're probably out celebrating with hubby. I always knew there must be more to July 4 than just celebrating our country. haha You are a very active lady! I'd be out cold before I took the first s...

I use the Ultra Mirage full face mask. I started out with one that just went over the nose, but I'm a mouth breather, so that was worse than nothing at all. I like the UM mask. I just push and smush pillows around me (I'm a side sleeper too)until my mask rests just right and I'm all set. I love watc...

I've taken Benadryl at night. I sleep really well, but I have to be sure and take it early, or I'm really sleepy and tired the next day. Hope the Claritin-D doesn't keep you awake. I like the "drowsy" kind. lol I have trouble sleeping at times, and that's why I take it. Let us know what the Claritin...

Mmmmm.....well, maybe a little off topic (says the 63 year old lady in her flannel jammies and Sponge Bob slippers) This is a great conversation, however, and if you take it elsewhere, be sure and let me know. k? Miss A, all my kids are older than you. You do sound wise to the ways of watching out f...

I'm still 63 . Rested Gal , there's a lot I have to learn. Financially, I have to find a humidifier that will go with my machine. I can't afford another one You mentioned the F&P HC 150. Do you have to buy two parts to that one? Will that one work with my machine? You are such a cool group here. Eve...

Ok.....I'll start out with age to keep the thread in line with the subject. I'm 63, female. Linda, I see you are using the Resmed S7, with the humidifier. Are you happy with it? I like the full mask, but still my mouth, nose and throat get really dry. I really need to consider a humidifier. Oh, did ...

Hi all. I'm new here, but not to c-pap use. I've been on mine for just over a year, though not 100% compliant. Dry mouth and throat gets to me sometimes. I came looking for answers and sure have found good info. I have the Resmed S7 lightweight and was absolutely shocked to find that though my local...
