Boy that makes me wonder about my Dr. I have wondered about the pressure and me having problems breathing out with the c pap....they said this Dr. just came back from training for sleep apnea...hummmm thanks. Mitzi

thank you very much for the information....it was very informative....I am on pressure 19 and maybe that is why I have a hard time breathing out...I can breath in but then have a hard time breathing out as the pressure is so high...thanks, Mitzi

Bi pap

What is the differeence between a c-pap and a bi-pap? I am going to talk to my Dr. because it seems like with the pressure that I am on when I take a breath that is fine but when I try to exhale it seems like the air is to strong and I am pushing to hard to get it out..does anyone have this problem...

My daughter is a licensed massage therapist and I love it when she comes home to visit and gives me a massage...she works on my triger points ...she massages very lite and kinda works it outthen get firmer...it does hurt when she first starts but of course it hurts us normally to touch..it really do...

I am with Bookbear on this one. Detectives and social workers use it to deaden obnoxious smells so I don't think it is a worry unless you are actually putting inside the nostrils. I really hope you can get some relieve. It is no fun when you tongue is really sore and painful!! I can empathize as I used to grind and clench my teeth, both asleep and when stressed out. LOL that is funny as I to live on a farm and our house dog goes out and eats what you call meadow muffins too...but I have caught him into the cat litter box too....I bought a litter box that has the lid on it but he seems to get his head in there...so now I scoop every morning...I was scooping ever...

I am on Requip for my RLS, I also have Fibro, and neuropathy...very painful...the requip has helped me so much with the fibro and RLS it was unbelieveable when it started working..I tried Lyrica but the side effects were to much for me and it didn't seem to help the fibro..I am also on oxycontion f...

thank you I have tried a mouth gaurd that you can buy at the store and I can't get it tight enough as my tongue pushes it out but my dentist just made impressions of my teeth for a mouth gaurd...Mitzi
