Most of the hotels that I have stayed in use a water softener. I stayed in a hotel for 4 months recently and used the tap water with no problems.

I have my first night with mine tonight! Very excited. I attach my snuggle cover to my hose with hair ties though. I decided to plug it in to see how warm it gets and it's nice! My husband is sitting here on the couch with it wrapped around his head...LOL. I had it on my dog earlier and she loved it.

Thanks for your suggestions! I was able to fashion some cushions for my optilife mask and it worked this week pretty well. I received my reptile heat cable today that I'm going to try with fleece my hose cover like p2pjunkie is using. Hopefully it will prevent moisture with my CL2. Wish me luck!! __...
