Take a look at this previous post on the subject of tweaking the Aura. I've finally been able to get a good seal by using the "green band addition". I've been able to sleep on my back or side without any perceived leakage at the nares. Good Luck!

This is my first CPAP so I can't compare it with others but it seems to be very quiet. I am not noticing much noise on either or inhalation or exhalation.

I am very impressed with the S8 in all respects. Now, all I need to do is learn how to tweak it.
