just north of austin. central texas. moderate humidity. this is personal preference, I keep mine low most of the time. already. high 90's is low 100's is avg. that time of year

hang in there!! the mask is hard for some people. its been over 2 years, I still dont like it but its much better with it than without it. i love the feeling of dozing off with out the mask but its just worth it. honestly i dont how i could have made it through the last 2 year w/o my bipap

it will be very hot in august. but where are you at? the coast and Se texas is humid, Sw part of texas more dry

this is pretty common to do for a while. one you get more to wearing it it will happen less and less....just always put it back on every time you wake up

Even though I'm still having n00b problems with my mask, machine, and just adjusting, I do manage to sleep for about two hours on the thing on a good night. I have noticed that I do feel better on days when I get just those two hours... I'm kind of suprised at that! If I'm only using bipap for less...

sounds to me like your doing fine.
took me a while to get to 5 or 6 hours a night with the mask, but i sitll get up once or twice on most nights...w/o the mask i was up every hour

my wife said my bipap auto machine has been making some clicking noises in the middle of the night that she has not heard it make before. i of course can not hear them. any idea what thye could be?

its been 3months
well after 3 months on my bipap auto.....i am not sure how its going. i still only average about 3-4 hours a night with the mask. i have problems going to sleep with it on. i uusally have to doze off, then when i wake up put it on and go back to sleep. i am able to wear it and not tell air is going ...

been on the bipap for a month. i have to say its been a struggle. i have gotten used to the air prsssure but the mask is still rough some nights. i would say on avareage i am sleeping 2-4 hours a night with the mask. aside from that my other problem is the dry mouth the air is causing. i tend to be ...
