Re: Dismayed by cpap.auction

It's true we do waive fees in the event a winner reneges on payment. Here's the policy: http://www.cpapauction.com/cpap-help/159/does-cpapauction-charge-fees-to-sellers.html Technically, if the auction partners mutually agree to withdraw from a transaction, as I was suggesting Nealbopper should try,...

Re: Dismayed by cpap.auction

Hi, Willie, Actually, a bid still counts even if it doesn't meet the reserve, so the seller could not have changed the auction if you had bid $150.00. Still, you wouldn't have won the auction if your bid didn't meet the reserve, and the seller would have simply relisted it as he wanted in a new auct...

Re: cpapauction trouble :shock

Dear Leonbergergirl, I have emailed the seller and he tells me there is no connection at all between him and the company you are hearing from. As I mentioned before, I have not heard of this type of solicitation from any other of his auction winners. Also, I have checked out the website referred to ...

CPAPAuction Problems

Dear dllfo, I think I see the problem and apologize for the confusion. First, it looks like you are emailing CPAP.com instead of CPAPAuction. We are 'sister' websites but we operate separately. I am surprised that you haven't had a response from CPAP.com telling you that, and again, I apologize. Our...

Dear sleepycarol, Thanks for your notice. The machine was listed in the standard CPAP category rather than the Auto one. I have changed the category on the listing and you may bid. We are also upgrading the website to help keep sellers from making mistakes in classifying the machines. I apologize fo...

Dear Forum and cpapernewbie, I apologize because I should have read the description of the auction more carefully. Cpapernewbie's question was 'why can't I bid on an Auto CPAP?' and I knew the system would let him if he was bidding in an APAP category, so I was focused on the auction category, not t...
