Dry Mouth
I have heard/read numerous people asking what to do about dry mouth, either when using FF masks and while using cpap in general. OK, I have not personally used these products but plan on trying them. I was in Walgreen's the other day dropping off scripts and picking up mouthwash and noticed they now...

Rain Out
Ok, let me see if I am understanding this correctly. You all are putting this cable inside the cover but not the hose itself? Or inside the hose? Have any of you had any problems or any reason you see to worry about fire danger at all? I need a way to reasure hubby that we are not going to go up in ...

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately we make just over what the maximum requirement to qualify for the CHIPs program (state insurance for the kids). I do have the Walgreen's medication club card. I got my card in the mail and that is definitely a help. I saved more than twice what the card cost...

curleycat, Personally, since I am not a Dr., I would recommend asking your Dr. for a referral to the sleep specalist that diagnosed you with the OSA. If you went to a sleep Dr. that is.? It sounds like you need to either have a new titration study to make sure the pressure is still correct or see if...

Questions!! On Insurance Hunt.
Hello All, You all have helped me many times. I hope asking one more time will not be "too much". I have been without insurance for many years, since hubby is self employeed and there is 5 of us, it was too expensive and we could not afford it. Well now I have OSA, and narcolepsy (untreated for 10 y...

Mind That is definitely something I will consider before jumping into a purchase for a FF mask. I too (was?) a mouth breather, after using the chin strap for over a month, I no longer have to use it. They say you can re-train yourself to breath through your nose as you did as a child. I guess I have...

Gerald, my titration mask was horrible for me too. They sent home the ComfortGel mask. It is not a cheap mask per sa, it is just not the mask for me. I have looked at the Aura, and might consider that one in the future. But right now, I do not want to "mess with perfection"......LOL. The mask is wor...

Ah Man! I guess I missed this. I love trying essential oil blends, for relaxation and such. I guess I will hav to buy me a new difusser and see what I can come up with. I never thought of using oil scents in cpap therapy. Sounds to me like an awesome way to relax on those nights when you are in a le...

Now do not take my word for it, but it is too my understanding with everything I read before purchasing my M Series Pro, that the Plus does not record anything but compliance data. So if it does not record it, then the tech can not get it off the card, because it will not be there. I can not swear t...
