6.9 was average pressure.

Do any of you change the pressure on your CPAP machine yourself? or do the doctors always do it?

Mine is set for 4-7cm. and my average says I've been using 6.9

I'm going in for my 4th night with CPAP. I am having a REALLY hard time falling asleep with the mask on...and then staying asleep is near impossible. Would it be a bad idea to take a sleep aid tonight to help me get to sleep? Something like TylenolPM-ish. Is that counter-productive to the treatment?...

Oh good! I wasn't sure what a normal range for leaking is.

Night 3 last night with the CPAP. I was able to wear it for about 4 hours.
When I looked at the data this morning it said

System Leak = 19.1 ml/h
AHI = 3

Is this bad?

I'm sorry to be a pain, but if someone wouldn't mind helping me interpret the data I would really be thankful.

My prescription is 4-7

Thanks everyone for replying! It's discouraging, but I'm really hoping that if I can use this machine I will have much more energy, less headaches, etc.
