Dog ate my mask
You guys are lucky. I lost two by my very small pomeranian puppy chewing them to bits. Yes they were up and in a draw but somehow he got ahold of them and chewed them to bits. We turned him over to Pomeranian Rescue in our area. I was upset enought when I saw they first one destroyed but the second ...

neti wash
Hi,
I bought a neti pot at Albertsons that came with about 20 little packets of what I think you are talking about. I haven't tried to buy any separate. It worked just fine for me and I love the feeling the neti pot use gives to the nose when your sinuses have been plugged.

sore bridge of nose
I have occasionally had this problem and this is what has helped me. During the day I rub a little neosporin on it. Til the redness goes away, I put a very small piece of kleenex on the spot. I do this for awhile and everything clears up.

burning in nose
That has happened to me also. Try a very small amount of vaseline rubbed inside your nostrils and see if that helps.
Good Luck,

Doc visits - how often
Are you speaking of your GP or your sleep Dr. I have never met my sleep Dr. I have had two nights of sleep study done and the Dr checks over everything the technicians have recorded and makes his recomendations for the sleep apnea problem. I have spoken about three times to the Sleep Tech who brough...
