Re: Intelli rubber base problem

No, not the mouse pad, I mean the rubber piece affixed to the base of the intellipap cpap machine. it was ok at first but is now very sticky, and I have not done anything to make it so. I currently have a piece of saran wrap over the base as otherwise the rubber pulls off onto whatever I sit it down...

Intelli rubber base problem

Has anyone had problems with the rubber non slip base on intellipap machine or humidifier? Mine has gone very sticky on the humidifier and so it sticks to other surfaces and peels off. I guess that I can just sit it on a rubber mat of some sort, but I would be interested if anyone has suggestions fo...

Re: Mouth breathing

Does no-one tape their mouth any more? I still do, as I dislike full face masks I only use nasal
pillows so I make up and use light paper tapes to size to just cover over my lips to make sure my
mouth stays closed.

Re: How does the Breeze SleepGear CPAP Mask feel?

re-read your questions so will elaborate, the nasal pillows just fit on the outside of your nostrils and the tapered part just inside the nostril - no pressure, 3 sizes available to get best fit for nostril size. with the Breeze and the CL2 you do not have any straps across your face - which is my p...

Re: How does the Breeze SleepGear CPAP Mask feel?

I still use my old Breeze mask had it years and like it. I have added a slightly stretchy, narrow-ish, strip of cloth which I tie into the front slider slots and wear it round the back of my head as a stabilizer. looking at it as I write I can't see that it would do much though! However, I love my B...

Comfortlite 2 mask + nasal pillows wanted

Hi, Has anyone got a Comfortlite 2 mask they didn't like and would like to get rid of ? unfortunately it is no longer available and mine is getting rather tatty - but still works. I now have to tape the nasal pillows on as the little notch for attachment is rather flimsy and broke easily, but tape w...

Re: Air blowing on wife at night

I have a cl2 and a breeze mask, both good 'blowers' so I place a wedge shaped foam piece placed in the middle of the bed between the two pillows,
I find that this solves the problem as it is wide enough to be free standing.

Re: Leaking mask

for anyone having this trouble with say a nasal mask, like Breeze , CL2 etc. it is good to use a
stretchy type of tie around the head and over the mask down piece to hold it from slipping.

I didn't rig it up so am no help, sorry. BUT this questions, like many others, has been
asked before so if you use the search thing at the top of the page you will find lots of info.
hope this helps.

Re: Anyone else having problems logging in?

Thanks for this, I have been having this problem for ages even though my name and password are right.
as only slow speed service (apart from expensive satellite ) is available where i live it is very frustrating, everything seems to take forever!

Re: mask vent blowing keeps hubby awake....any tricks

I used a strip of the thin type pot scrubbers taped onto my Breeze with a piece of double sided tape.
but due to changing back and forth to different masks I now use a slab of foam which is wedge shaped
and so sits in place without falling over.

Re: Infrared Camera - What I've learned about my sleep

very interesting, and maybe explains why I think I've slept well but feel awful some mornings.

How about using a face mask if the amount of light needed bothers one.

Re: Need advice/input on CPAP pillows

am not familiar with that mask but at least this will bump you back up the page. Maybe if you tried tying a stretchy piece of something around it to help stabilize it. I always use a length from a nylon stocking, leg from pantyhose that type of weight, when using my breeze or CL2 masks it seems to h...

Re: How to avoid back sleeping?

if you use the search thing on the top of the page you will find lots of past postings re this. I seem to remember that one solution suggested as to fasten a tennis ball to the back of your PJ's?nightie whatever, but cannot remember the others.
