Take my advise with a grain of salt as tonight will be 4th night on CPAP, but I find that the ramp feature makes me breathe harder than normal which may aide your clostraphobia. I also find that I am waiting and anticipating for the presure to rise throught the ramp process so I turned the ramp time...
