need help - still snoring
I have been on CPAP for about 3 weeks. According to my wife, some nights I still snore and some nights I don't. I am not sure if snoring is common when on CPAP or not? Take my advise with a grain of salt as tonight will be 4th night on CPAP, but I find that the ramp feature makes me breathe harder than normal which may aide your clostraphobia. I also find that I am waiting and anticipating for the presure to rise throught the ramp process so I turned the ramp time...

I don’t think I will be claustrophobic with any of the masks, but I do think I would prefer something without a tube running up over my head and in between my eyes. Apprehensive newbie
Last week I had my first sleep study and it was determined that I have OSA. I use the term “sleep study” lightly as I slept less than 3 hours that night…2.7 to be exact. According to the study I had something like 60 sleep episodes during my 2.7 hours of sleep…which I guess puts me in the “moderate”...
