Don't have a clip and I don't remember seeing one...it just snaps together. When I roll over during the night sometimes it just comes apart. Other than that I think I would have this CPAP thing licked!! 2 months today on the hose.

My mask keeps coming unsnapped from my hose coupler. I wake up breathing thru the mask with no hose attached. has anyone had similiar issues and found a solution?

My perscription was 6 and I am now at 11 per my auto. 6 was a joke, I couldn't even breathe!

I may try setting mine to 10-14 for a couple of nights and see what happens I know I have some mask leakage but I roll around at night and I don't think this can be helped, anyway if my numbers stay below 5 I should be happy correct?

When I first got the auto which was also my first machine I titrated myself and found I was spending most of my time at 10 but my AHI was always over 5. I couldn't get it below 5 no matter what I did...different masks, mouth taping etc... So I changed to CPAP and pressure of 10 and AHI is in the 2-3...

CPAP results better than Auto

Anyone have a theory why my AHI numbers are consistantly better at a CPAP setting of 10 vs. auto of 8-15?

Provigil (Modafinil) is a central nervous system stimulant. It's not a substitute for sleep however it does help with alertness. It made me a little anxious at times. It's nice to have in the medicine cabinet...take it as needed. I broke the 200's in half so I wouldn't get the jitters.

Thanks for all the great information! Last night I sleep with straight Cpap set at 11 and my AHI was 2.0! Much better, I was a little dissapointed in the data collected by Encore Pro in that it was very limited. I was looking for the nightly summary for last night and there wasn't one...What's up wi...

I'm using the lastest Encore Pro. I'm not using split night. My average leak rate is 37.1...this has come down to the 32.5 range the last few days. I'm going to try CPAP at 11 tonight, that seems to be my best pressure

Thanks !

AHI still to high

I have tried different masks, mouth tapping, pressure variations and I still can't get my AHI below 5. I'm averaging 6.1 over 3 weeks. My lowest AHI is at 11 but I still spend a considerable amount of time at much higher (AHI) pressures. Last night I set my min/max at 10-13 but I had 130 minutes at ...
