Re: Resscan Software Not Detecting Card Reader
Sorry it took so long for me to get back. My suppliers is now sending me an ACR 38U reader which is different from a ACR 38C. I guess you will have to try and see if your supplier will exchange your reader for the correct one. Your ACS viewer software is seeing the card so it is probably lined up ju...

Re: Resscan Software Not Detecting Card Reader
I will probably find out tomorrow if that is the right reader, (yours is the same as mine). Like I stated before I don't think a ACR38C is the same as a ACR38U.

Re: Resscan Software Not Detecting Card Reader
Thanks everyone. The knowledge presented in this thread is absolutely perfect. It is what I needed. I will download the utility and will also make a card guide based on your posts elsewhere here. I thank you so very much as I would have probably lost what little hair I have left trying to make this...

Re: ACR 38 card reader
Are you inserting the card with contact pins facing UP ? Yes ,I am inserting the card with the contact pins facing up. The ASC utility program sees the card , resscan does not. I built a card guide that alines the contact points and divisions between them exactly to match a resporinics card which i...

Re: ACR 38 card reader
Do you remember the exact dimensions you used to make the card guide? thankscsellebrecht wrote:I have ACR38U-SPC-R, and it works great. You may not be inserting the card right. It will only have an active connection when the card is in correctly..

ACR 38 card reader
Could I get a some people that have a working ACR 38 card readers to post the whole part number that is found onthe bottom of the reader? The one I just got is P/N: ACR38C-SPC-R and I cannot get it to work with resscan 3.7. The ACS Utility program sees the card in the reader and I am 99% sure I have...

Need a little help
I haven't posted in quite some time. I was using a resmed malibu bilevel machine set IPAP 17.6,EPAP 11.6, PS 6.0 for about 1and1/2 year. I have Resscan 3.3 and a serial crossover cable to download data. My ahi was usually around 5 which was mostly hi. The malibu was loud but very comfortable and my ...

Thanks guys for the advice. I know these are two different types of xpaps. I like the comfort of the bilevel vpap and I can track my progress better since I do not have software and a card reader yet for the cpap. The issue for me is that I haven't had one night resulting in a good AHI<5(with either...

I have experienced the same situation with a resmed malibu. My dr. does not know why the vpap won't increase to a higher level and I don't know why the pressure won't increase if you haven't reached or come close to the max pressure setting. I ask almost the same question here last night and have no...
