When I had an attack of Bells Palsy they immediately put me on prednisone to hopefully reduce the symtoms. Did they prescribe anything in your case.

I just wanted to update everyone on the situation.. I received a new power supply from the DME to try and it apparently has solved the problem. The machine has not stopped and restarted at all since we made the change.

I called my DME and explained the situation to him. He said he hadn't heard about a problem like this so he will talk to his RT and they both will contact the Rep from respironics and discuss it with him. He said it just might be that I have a defective machine. He said it might take a few days to g...

My wife told me that last night the machine shut off at 11:15 pm about an hour and a half after I fell asleep. It started up again a second or two later but I can't believe that this is normal. Hopefully their is a solution to this.

My auto off was also off. Hope the machine doesn't have a problem.

I also have had this same thing happen to me. Usually when I first lay down it happens. I have the same machine as you which I just received about two weeks ago.
