Kenny, bringing the lower setting on your autopap up to within just a notch or two of the prescribed pressure seems to work well for a lot of people. I have been using the mask for about 2 weeks. It is far ahead of respronics. In the last almost 5 years, this is the best I have found. It is so important to take time to get it adjusted rite. Also, a heated humidifier is important!...kenny
