Best Oximeter

Being a old post I would like to re-view the topic.

I'm thinking about adding a oximeter to my cpap stuff.

Can someone point me in the right direction on what unit would be best to monitor my oxygen levels.
It would be interesting to hear would people think.

I found by raising the lower pressure I had less HI which meant less OA's.

Coping Saved Files Back from Mycpap Utility

I'm wanting to place back from the MyCpap Card Utility the files from the last six months to my Encore Pro so I can run one report. But my problem I can only place one file back at a time.
Is there a way to place as many fles back as I need?
