Congratulations to all of you! I dropped 1 pound. I'm doing well in the area of discipline in eating well (healthy) and have started getting eight hours sleep, which cuts back appetite. BUT .......... as for exercise I've been hopeless ..............I've been very busy but I know that's no excuse. N...

Hi Amy I remember when my third grandchild was born and had to be revived many times during his first thirty-six hours. Doctors warned that if they could keep him alive he would probably have brain damage ( he had a brain haemorrhage during child-birth ). We found out later that word had gone out an...

Had an incredibly busy week, out every night, and will have to go into work (office) on Saturday to try to catch up. I dropped 3 lbs but didn't manage to exercise properly so some of it is just water. I admire you guys that are keeping up with your exercise because even if you are not dropping pound...

Carlton I can relate to your problem. But rather than several times a year, it was more like several times a week that I was aware of anxiety. Quite common for me to suddenly sit upright, swing my legs off the bed and fall asleep sitting on the edge of the bed. Fortunately (after 10 years, I suspect...

Hi Michelle Great to hear you are going so well! I am also happy with my second mask, Swift, but glad I have a back-up. I was diagnosed with very severe apnea but I'm doing great on CPAP at a steady pressure of 10, unheated humidifier, but I do use the ramp for 5 minutes for Swift (I don't need it f...

Wow Rock & Roll! How can I resist an invitation like that? I've been told my humour is very "dry" and I love to "pull people's legs" but I always let them in on the joke as soon as I have got a reaction (but very funny sometimes, as among other finance/admin/office manager roles I am usually the Pay...

The good news is that you are getting this all checked out rather than when you were unaware of it. And remember (ROMANS 8:28) And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God.... I will pray for you and your family as you get your health back. Love from Margaret

I know that you guys have a good sense of humour. Most of our television is from the US (love Desperate Housewives by the way). But Australians (and the English) poke fun at themselves more and are perhaps more ironic in their humour. That's not to say it's better' probably quite the opposite. Ther...

R & R It's awhile since I read about other religions as well. But I like to talk to people of other faiths. Sharing is always good and I like nothing better then to discuss different points of view. Lori Thanks for your advice. You will have to bear with me as I am just learning that Aussie's are le...

WOW!!!! Look at you guys go while I have been asleep in Oz. CareS, Thanks for your great healthy eating tips. I will save them all. When you wrote about eating well during the day and then being hungry at night you were describing me to a tee. You're also right about emotional baggage. I was brought...

Just saw your last note, must have been interesting studies, have you read the work of Ivan Panin. Well beyond my intellect but you would get your head around it.

Terry Thanks for your wise words. Like you, I renew my spiritual focus when I only have liquids for one day a week. The truth lies in our relationship to God and the love He gives us for others. Cat-a-tonic It's wonderful to have you onboard. The members on this forum make wonderful contributions pr...

Lori (I think) is considering the AURA. It is supported from above and hopefully doesn't rest on your top lip. I would check it out.
