I've been lucky with cars but now that you mention it, it sounds like my body, too!

My first few nights with the Aura were great but I struggled with leaks for the last few. It wasn't til I read this thread that the higher pressure issue registered with me (I've only been playing the cpap for three weeks or so). Anyhow, I went back and looked at the times when I would wake up with ...

There is no real perfection

Yes, cpap.com's customer service is top notch. They have been very easy to deal with each time I have ordered something. Last night was not the best night with the Aura. The pin hole leak, although it gives me better results than I had with the UM, was pretty annoying. Plus, I had a difficult time m...

I did not have a lot of luck with the duct tape sealing the hole in the pillow but I must admit to being a right handed person with two left hands when it comes to repairs. I used the pillow anyway and still had generally good results but I am concerned that the hole will get worse. I posted a few d...

Are you insinuating you can't keep me quiet??? You're right...you do the same, please? The longer your streak continues, the better I'll feel the possibilities for me are. I was thinking of it more in the light of the great wealth of information you share with all of us. But if the shoe fits...... ...

Lori,

I know what you mean. I kept wondering whether the first night was a fluke.

Well, it wasn't a fluke for me. That is just great news to hear how well you like yours so far.

I know you will keep us posted!

Lori,

Glad to hear that the Aura worked so well for you the first night.

I am still getting great results with mine.

the max pressure for the Apnea Command' 420E must be set within the range so if the range is 11 - 17 it will need to be set at 11 No, this is not correct. The 'command on apnea' setting does NOT have to be within the pressure range. I haven't actually tried applying this setting but when I raise th...

Lori, I've been reading some older posts (thanks to RG for the long list of links!!) and found one I hadn't seen before where a couple of people tried their medium pillows out and actually preferred them to the large. So might as well try it. I did call to inquire about replacement pillows but I thi...

Well, Lori, can't help you with the pony tail question either. Didn't sleep through the night last night. I woke up to a lot of hissing sounds (leaks). I finally realized in the morning that there was air leaking underneath. I think the nasal pillows are coming apart at the seam. That's a bit of a d...

Third Night

Michael, Thanks for your update. I would definitely try the hh if you are waking up stuffed. Some people actually say it clears their nose, I guess like breathing in steam when you had a cold when you were little. But, then again, I don't know how old you are and if they did that when you were smal...
