Has anyone else tried the Resmed Liberty as an alternative to tyhe Hybrid? I have not experienced any of the problems described here w/ the Liberty - it seems to be a better product than the Hybrid.

Sounds like you got quoted retail prices. Your insurance probably has contracted prices w/ DME companies that are actually much lower than what you were quaoted. You should only pay 20% of the contracted rates not retail rates. Try calling a local DME company in your area and tell them your insuranc...
