I am new and am still having trouble with cpap but I do know that when I went to a full mask it wasn't hard breathing out like it was with the nose mask.

I am new and just trying to do the cpap but I have the same problem only mine last all day the next day and makes me feel awlfull.I have had trouble with bloating and take meds for GERD ans gas but still have it.I may not be able to do this cpap it hurts so bad.If you find an answer please post it.

From what I have been reading it seems like the auto pap would be best for everyone is there a reason people are not on that?
