From what I've read, you need a card reader for your smart card (sold separately) and the appropriate software to read the data from the card (also sold separately, or bundled with the card reader). Thanks for the other tips. I am going to see about getting some Ayr Gel to help with the soreness until I get used to it. As for the straps still, not sure.
