My personal experience is that since beginning xpap treatment in Sept 07, my reflux disease, which I have suffered from for years, seems to have stopped entirely. No more burning throat, and no more pain from the HH. May be coincidental, may be temporary, but that has been my experience so far.

I also tried the Calm last night. Very impressed. I may be a bit biased though. Eucalyptus has always been a favorite scent. Sleepguy has a way with coming up with wonderful combinations.

Sleepycarol, I have to agree. To me the Black Cherry just wasn't my cup of tea. I think I am just partial to the lighter, fresh scents.
Sleepguy, glad to see that you included the chocolate in your list. Prefer the Peach to the Black Cherry, but that is just my personal opinion.

Good morning. Tried the Peach last night. Used 2 drops. Again, as with most others I have tried so far, light, fresh aroma. Very pleasant. Sleepguy has done a great job of choosing products which make the xpap experience much nicer.

Chose the bananaberry for last nights adventure. Pleasant, not overpowering. Just wanted to relate unusual experience. I live in small home, (3 small rooms). Tried just placing some on diffuser pad early in the day to just see what to expect. Began to smell it everywhere in the house. Before bed put...

Tried the strawberry. Was very pleasant. Light, fresh, not overly sweet like most strawberry fragrances that I have experienced in the past. I like it equally as well as the chocolate. Although for different reasons. I am very impressed with every fragrance I have tried so far. Looking forward to a ...

Re: suff scare

Sorry you had the scare. Hope it is the last time. I remember waking up so many times with that feeling before I started treatment.

Seems to me that with all the sniping that I have seen on here, the people that get hurt the most are the newbies who really need the advice of those who have been on treatment for a while. Why ask a question, when you know that you might get a legitimate answer, but you know you will have to tolera...

Re: reflux

I do use just a nasal mask, So far, no problem with mouth leaks. I have only had mouth leaks one night and that was due to congestion. Without software for the machine you have listed in your profile, you have no way of knowing if you are leaking from your mouth or anywhere else. If you feel well, ...

Re: reflux

Before XPAP treatment, I suffered from severe reflux disorder. Basically to the extent you seem to describe. Since starting treatment I have not had even one night where there was any noticeable reflux problem. Thanks, Flippagate. That's very helpful to know. I'm going to pass that along to him. Di...
