Need Clinician's Manual for RemStar Plus with C-Flex

If anyone has the clinician's manual for the RemStar Plus with C-Flex, could I please get a copy of it?

Just let me know what I need to do.

Thanks.

I was having trouble with my nose getting sore when I first started CPAP and I started using AYR gel. After I stopped using my heated humidifier, all the soreness went away and I don't have to use anything.

Joe, Try NOT using the heated humidifier. When I first when on CPAP, I used the heated humidifier and got pneumonia after three days. I got well after a few weeks. I turned the humidity down and kept using the humidifier, but never did like the warm air blowing in my nose. After I got some water in ...

Kurt, If you sleep and feel better without the humidifier, leave it off. I tried my machine last week for the first time without the heated humidifier and I am sleeping SO MUCH BETTER! I had it turned down to 1 and even that was, apparently, too much for me. I have never liked warm air blowing in my...

Sorry for the long delay in replying. Yes, my C-Flex is currently set on 4, although I don't use it anymore. As for the water, it evidently leaked out of my humidifier chamber into the base. They advised me to let the base dry out, before I tried using it again. But I love it so much without the hum...

My pressure is 8 with a C-flex of 4. My first hh setting was 4, then 3, then 1. I still have my hose hooked up to the humidifier. I just don't turn the heat on. I'm going to take it off the humidifier completely and just hook straight into the machine.

Heated Humidifier

I have used a heated humidifier ever since I got my CPAP machine in August. I thought about trying the machine without the humidifier, but never did. About two weeks ago, quite a bit of water got in the humidifier. I was advised to not use the humidifier for a few days to let it dry out. I have been...

On CPAP for 1 month

I have had my CPAP machine (Respironics Plus with C-Flex) for one month. I struggled at first with claustrophobia. But I now actually look forward to going to bed, putting on my mask (Mirage Swift) and going to sleep. I feel like I have come back from the dead! I am actually able to do something bes...

Can CPAP machine be higher than bed?

If I put my CPAP machine on my nightstand, it will be about 3-4 inches higher than my bed. Will this matter? Thanks! Michelle

I am feeling some better. But I still have congestion in my bronchial tubes and can't lay down without coughing. I really can't stand to put my mask back on, because I feel the heated humidity has played a part in making me sick (despite everyone's assurances to the contrary). I'm thinking about usi...

On CPAP for 3 nights - have gotten sick.....

I have been on a REMStar Plus with heated humidifier for three nights. It is helping me tremendously sleepwise. My only problem is after my second night I was a little stuffy and after my third night (last night) I feel downright sick with congestion in my chest. Is it good that the machine is break...
