Has anyone had any luck or experence with the insurance paying for the Encore Pro software and reader or it that just going to be out of our pockets?

My doc prescribed the Remstar auto M w/ C-flex and my DME said thay had problems with this machine in the past and wanted to sub this one with one they suggesteded. Have anyone ever had this problem with this or is it just my poor luck to go to this DME?

Does anyone else find it hard to use your CPAP when your sick. I cant wear mine when i have a head cold. It seems like it makes it worse.

I am very new at this and am confused about masks. I first tried the Marage Quatro and it leaked and kept my wife awake. I went back to my DME and they swapped it for a F&P 532. It leaked really bad and dang near put my eye out with the wind. I tried adjusting it for several days with no improvement...
