I have a deviated septum, caused by a youthful indiscretion( ie)sparing with a Golden Glove champ, that makes nose breathing difficult,

My ENT doc suggested daily lavage with"Salt Aire"available OTC seems to work well for me. I hope this will help someone.

It works for me so it can be a witche's brew and I will still use it. Also
Veteran's Administration will supply, my needs which eliminates some of my worry.Thanks for the information all of which is helpful.

I use my CPAP,for about seven hours per night but the gauge reads "compliance hours 4.3"

Does this mean that I am leaking air for 2.7 hours?

I too suffer from acid reflux disease,It impinged on my breathing and when In started with the CPAC I had to,sleep sitting up,in a chair.A month later acid reflux symptoms have diminished and become acute only when I eat forbidden items.

is Woolite effetive for cleaning a hose? Should one run the CPAP,unit while the humidifier is being cleaned with ammonia?
