My ENT doc suggested daily lavage with"Salt Aire"available OTC seems to work well for me. I hope this will help someone.

I use Baby wipes,which contain aloe, to clean both my mask and the cpap,unit. works very well.

Is it reasonable to assume that if one feels pressure in an ear while,using CPAP that the mask is not leaking?

I use my CPAP,for about seven hours per night but the gauge reads "compliance hours 4.3"

Does this mean that I am leaking air for 2.7 hours?

I too suffer from acid reflux disease,It impinged on my breathing and when In started with the CPAC I had to,sleep sitting up,in a chair.A month later acid reflux symptoms have diminished and become acute only when I eat forbidden items.

is Woolite effetive for cleaning a hose? Should one run the CPAP,unit while the humidifier is being cleaned with ammonia?
