Re: "Cream molded Cuff" for tubing?

The package says it's made by AG Industries. When I checked out their website, it says they've been in business 30 years and manufacture domestically made stuff.
When I press on the tubing, it makes a crinkling sound that my previous Resmed tubes don't make........like it's thinner/cheaper.

Re: "Cream molded Cuff" for tubing?

Actually, it was 12' instead of 6'. I wanted 6'. I asked the girl if the 12' was for people who didn't want to sleep in the same room as their machine.

Re: "Cream molded Cuff" for tubing?

I just want to be sure it isn't some knock-off kind of tubing. I don't mind keeping it if it's just as good as the gray tubing. I've been going around in circles recently with lots of merchandise that isn't what it says it is. I'm getting pretty frustrated. The truth seems hard to find these days.

"Cream molded Cuff" for tubing?

Besides realizing that Lincare sent me the wrong pillow (for Swift 2 and not the original.......which supposedly isn't interchangeable), I realized that they sent me a new type of tubing. It's cream colored. The printing on the bag says "72 inch cream molded cuff". Have any of you used this before? ...

Re: Trouble downloading Sleepyhead........

YAY! I figured it out! I don't know why, but I wasn't making sure that the right disk was being looked at. I know one of you asked me that before, but I guess I didn't go through the steps right then.
YAY! I really appreciate your help!
Thanks so much.

Re: Trouble downloading Sleepyhead........

Thanks everyone. I've tried turning it off and then back on and that didn't help. The good news is that all the dates up to today are on the Datalog. I think I got into some kind of trouble in the past when I put a different card in. It asked me something and I think I chose the wrong thing. Do any ...

Re: Trouble downloading Sleepyhead........

Hmmm......It was in the unlocked position, but I moved it back and forth and tried it again, but it's a no-go. I've done everything the same way I've done it for a year, but it just doesn't accept it now. Is it possible I pressed some button accidentally on my S9 machine that made it not do somethin...

Trouble downloading Sleepyhead........

I usually download my data card to get Sleepyhead data about eveyr 10-14 days, if my sleep is good. Today I went to download it and it keeps saying "Couldn't find any new machine data at the location given". What do you think is wrong? (Yes, the card has been in the machine all this time). Any ideas...

Re: Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

Okay. I decided to call United Health Care back, and hopefully get a representative who spoke clear English, and I lucked out! She said that Lincare WAS in-network! Why the hell did the other guy say it wasn't? I've wasted several hours going round and round in circles because of his bad info. So......

Re: Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

Gotcha chunkyfrog! Well........the plot sickens........I called Lincare and she had never heard that they are Out of Network, and said that they accept UHC all the time. I'm not that crazy about Lincare, but it's local and easy for me to get to. Plus, I switch to Medicare in January, so I'd rather l...

Re: Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

What's a "dug"? I am sooooooooooo frustrated. Since we've switched insurances, I've spent hours on the phone with people with heavy accents that I have to struggle to understand!! I called the Health Insurance and someone explained to me that they couldn't answer my questions, but Apria could. So I ...

Re: Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

Well Shoot..........I just called United Health Care and they said that Lincare is Out of Network. They said they use Apria Health Care. What a drag. I've never heard of them.
So why would Lincare be asking me to bring my card in??

Re: Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

Thanks everyone. Pugsy.....you have a good memory! I started using this around February. We switched from Anthem BCBS to United Health Care. UHC was good enough to transfer what I had paid into my deductible, (which met their deductible immediately), so everything since then has been paid for. I thi...

Is a download usually required from a new Health Ins. Co.?

I just switched health insurance companies, and I called to let Lincare know, since I'm still being charged monthly to "rent" my new cpap machine. Then they called me back and said that I needed to bring in my card to download it for compliance. I had this done about 3 months ago for my yearly "comp...
