Re: SD card problem
I ran into this issue when I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. Someone else ran into this problem a couple months ago, which is where I found the solution. The solution as described above works for 8.1. Had exactly the same problem after upgrading to Windows 8.1 last night. I found the solution in th...

Re: Help with Centrals
Thanks for the feedback, guys. Guess I'll call my sleep doc tomorrow. I hope it's not CSAS, as I just forked over some major dough for a new S9, which won't be much use if APAP is contraindicated for CSAS!
Thanks again for the feedback.

Help with Centrals
Hi, I've been using APAP for about 8 years now. I hadn't really tracked my data in quite some time, but I just purchased an S9 and downloaded Sleepyhead to take a look. This is a pretty typical report for me. Lots of Centrals (or at least the machine is flagging them as centrals), and relatively few...

Re: Where can I download Encore Pro 2?
I'm also interested in where I can download Encore Pro 2. I'm upgrading my CPAP machine from my old RemStar Auto, and my old Encore software won't work. Thanks for any help!

Wow...I haven't been back to the site for ages, and I was shocked at the number of views this thread has had! I'm so glad the idea has been helpful. Just wanted to say "thanks" for all the feedback (including the trophy, rested gal). Special thanks to Sleepless on LI and her daughter Morgan for the ...

As a side sleeper, I've settled on the Swift (albeit with a minor modification). Check out this thread for more information and pictures (thanks to Sleepless in LI (Lori):

Great pictures, Lori! Please thank your daughter for having the courage and heart to do that for all of our benefit. If you're concerned about having them "discovered," you could always use a photo editing package to blur out her facial features. Just an idea. I'm sure my daughter would have been wi...

Janelle, If you're referring to the picture that is on the cpap.com sales page for the Swift, what I'm talking about is a big improvement, as strange as that may sound. Routing it in the way I'm suggesting basically loops the tube in front of you and off to one side in such a way that it's impossibl...

Solution for Swift side sleepers
Well, after trying about as many masks as you find at a Halloween party, I finally decided on the Swift, even as a side sleeper. My main complaint (and one I've seen here on the board) is the problem the hose presents, particularly to a side sleeper. Many of us have awakened to find that our "Elvis ...

Well, here's my update, a little bit late, just in case it can help someone in the future. The only thing that resolved the problem for me was to recreate the database. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling Encore Pro or the SmartCard drivers did the trick. I was able to recover my data though....

Help interpreting Encore Pro / MyEncore data
Can anyone help interpret my Encore Pro data, which is confusing the snot out of me? My average AHI, after 2 months treatment, is still around 19. The doc recently increased my pressure from 6-10 to 6-12. At 6-10, I was spending most of my sleep time with the unit pegged at 10. Now that it's at a ma...

SickandTired, Yes, I noticed that too. Before I played around with any of those I thought I'd found out if anyone else had. I think my plan at this point is: 1) uninstall Encore Pro and reinstall, utilizing the same database. 2) If that doesn't fix the problem, I'm going to export my patient data, e...
