Re: Help! Pediatric apnea
I can tell you this: I suspected that my son has trouble sleeping years ago. He wakes up easily, sometime he sleep-walks, often he snores, he's tired in the morning, often has headache in the morning, now he is gaining weight rapidly... We did test him, of course. Tests did not show that he has apne...

Hi, When you called me at work, my boss picked up, and I was busy. I thought it was a customer, I work at Vacuum store. So I called back your number. Anyway, you can call again, no problem. To say in short - I have no insurance. Machines in Canada are too expensive, but if you have insurance, it wil...

I don't know, folks, about you, but I use my reader on both home and work comps, and at work I plug it into the USB hub which is not even high speed - 1.1 USB hub, and it works fine, reads data, etc. You need to make sure that you follow all the instructions - for example, it says you need to instal...

alcohol
Hello,
Haven't you read in mask's manual that it is highly not recommended to wipe it with alcohol, since alcohol makes your cushion harder? It destroys silicon layer of your mask.

is there an UPDATE of ENCORE PRO from version 1.0 to later?
Hi, I have Encore Pro version 1.003 but now on website respironics.com it says that the latest version is 1.8i compatible with Vista. cpap.com has only 1.0 for sale. Do you know folks, whether it is possible to upgrade the software (i.e. download update) or buy the newest version? There are no indic...

Folks, it is incredible how we all share our stories here...one may read this forum and want to cry...I do, for example... Look, I never knew that I had apnea, neither that I was snoring, until...until I got married. My wife had restless nights. And this is actually how my problem was discovered. Si...

bots
I think there are bots who appear as Guest and ask silly questions like "What are you talking about" or "Guys I want to know about cpap". But they actually scan forum for valid email addresses.

ATTENTION: YOUR EMAIL ON FORUM
I do not want to make it sound like a panic, or inspire any idea, but since I registered on this forum and indicated my valid e-mail address, I started to receive all kind of junk to my e-mailbox. I have my e-mailbox for 2 years, and have not given it out to any website before. Make your own conclus...

got new machine
As some time passed, here is what happened: cpap.com just sent me a new machine, and I sent the broken one back to them. As simple as that!
I really like the way they do customer service and support!

better not to touch
I think I better don't play with it, or the blame will be put on me. I rather send it to them. They suggested to send a new one to my, charge me for it, and when they get the defective one back, they will refund me its price. Complicated! I still have a week left on my rental device, otherwise I wou...
