Its a long story but I was overweight then lost weight and had a machine about 10 yrs ago and no followup or anything. I hardly used it. My sleep has always been poor and I was without any insurance for a while. Health-wise things fell of the rails a bit. Neurological stuff and some heart arrhythmia...

Nasal masks dont work and a chin strap still wont stop the mouth leaks. Im just getting back on this after years of NO therapy. My new followup sleep test is this Friday (HMO). A good Nose Plug ?
For me either a full face mask thats "very comfortable" or an oral mask with a comfortable and effective nose plug. Any suggestions?
I already have an oral mask but cannot use it without keeping air from leaking out of my nose.

I got a diagnosis years ago then after loosing 25lb just stopped CPAP but never got a followup test. Kaiser has me setup for NEW TEST soon. My gut tells me Ill be back on CPAP. Sigh..... I never had much luck using the gear but I know Kaiser via Aprea should have the latest stuff hopefully I can get...

I have a REMstar Plus. I got the foam pollen filter and a small white ultra filter. I assume you use both of them correct? Also the white ultra filter has a coarse side and a soft side.
