Even worse than this, they probably will want you to pay interest over it since it has been almost 5 months now! (you said you got it the day you joined this board)

For 18$ I would just pay as soon as possible it before they figure ways to cause you even more problems.

In my opinion the new one looks better (it is the improved new version after all) and so far works well for me (took me a few days to find the right strap settings and get used to it), check those thread for some extra information, especially the messages from this awesome DanGr dude http://www.cpap...

In Canada and maybe elsewhere in the world this mask does not have '360' in the name, it is only called Opus. The new mask code as far as I know is HC482 A (while the old one was HC482). You can also see the differences between both here: http://www.cpapman.com/fp.html#anchor63208 Regards, Daniel

Well I got the same problem, started CPAP on December 20th and only got my card reader and the software last friday and read my data then (leaving data on the card), all the data was there (well the last 6 days of detailed but the full 15 days for the rest). I know I downloaded the data again Sunday...

Although for me the small pillows seemed to fit well (I don't have a big nose I think) they would leak a lot so I went with the medium for a tigher fit, had to get used to it for 2-3 nights, I always use some nose lubricant to help (Secaris or Rhinatis). The first few nights the straps were way too ...

There are a few different pictures at this site, we get an idea of what it looks like when we let the tube freely float around (not advertizing the site, I just couldn't find good pictures anywhere else!): http://www.cpapsupplyusa.com/productinfo.aspx?productid=HC482A# Note: In Canada and maybe else...

How do you deal with the hose going up the side? It looks like it would be impossible to sleep on that side due to the hose. Actually in my case I don't set it up for a specific side or overhead (although you have a velco strap to do so if you wish). I instead let it hang freely and when I side sle...

I only started on APAP 2 weeks ago so I am still a noob, and I use this mask and love it, no leaks once set properly, took me a few nights to find the proper way to have the strap tight enough but not too tight, once I found the right settings it almost like if I don't wear any mask (I could cut out...

I only started using a CPAP 2 weeks ago and my first ever xPAP is the A-Flex, since I was a noob I decided to just go to A-Flex setting 3 right away and get used to it and it worked for me even on the first night. For me aside from the Mask (and mine is quite comfortable actually) I don't even notic...

Hum, is the integrated humidifier with the A-Flex that bad? Personally I have been using it with my A-Flex for 2 weeks now without any problems, I only set it to 2 out of 5 and it seems to be enough for me. (or 3 but I prefer 2 so far) I just refill the small tank every night (which takes 30 sec any...

Well now that you said it, I just tried and found a few links to add to what I already knew, I selected my doctor by asking the DME who they thought was one of the best out there (since I thouht the first doctor was lacking I decided to wait 2 months before I would be treated!). I know for example t...

Hey all, Well last night was my first night with my brand new M Series Auto PAP with A-Flex (I used the setting 3). It went relatively well, the pressure is set Auto from 6 to 12 and the pressure per say never bothered me (of course I can't read the data, I ordered the Infineer DT3500 yesterday only...

Sometimes the Doctor is good and patience can pay off!

Sometimes the Doctor is good and patience can pay off! A good ending story for once! (with a bad start though) Two months ago I was faced with a not so good Lung Doctor (or probably one that could only handle standard cases). It seems I might be doing Complex Sleep Apnea... but maybe very little. A ...

Update: Well I met with my lung specialist today to try and see if we could work on defining if I really do CSA/CSDB and the BEST way to treat it (an alternate source thinks I might do CSDB after reviewing my titration data). He didn't really want to talk about it or change my prescription or anythi...
