I think I am missing theend piece that connects the two. I see that they have a piece listed in the manual that came with it, but I do not have the part, so I think they sent me it without it. I bought it on CPAP.com.

I just bought the nasal pillow, as the full nasal mask was leaving me sore all over my face. Although the nasal pillow is very nice and easy to use, it does not connect to my GoodKnight like the mask did. There is not quick lock connection and I do not see any accessories tha will allow the two tube...

Does anyone know of any sites that has the 420E users guide without having to pay $$$? Lost mine in a move, along with some other stuff. And would like to get another copy to have with my CPAP bag.

Thanks. On the question of the mask, it does leave a big oval mark on my forehead where the forehead pad is, and there is some marking on my chin as well. In my sleep I tend to turn on my side, and I think that puts pressure on the mask or something, as I have woken up to a little discomfort with it...

I finally wore it last night, and actually fell asleep with it. I did wake up at 1am, however, as the mask was digging a little below my nose on my upper lip, and I took it off and went back to bed. But it is a start.....

Thanks! I never figured i was for securing the ends for cleaning. The book had no mention of it, or I overlooked that part...I will re-read it.

Well, for the second straight night I took it off after a few minutes as I am still uncomfortable with it. I think it is just a mental issue more tha physical issue. I will tryit again tonight.

I also have this part that I have no idea what it is for. It is a clear plastic tube, about three inches long, with plastic black, round stoppers on each end. Any ideas?
