Sleep Guy, The smell sensitivity issue is what has stopped me so far. That's why I was sad to be too late to get into your trial. If you could devise a sniff test sampler of all of the oils that could keep a drop sealed up such that it would still have a scent after being mailed, that would be cool....

I like the idea of no straps on my cheeks so I will stay with the comfortlite 2. I will try the mouth taping. Thanks a lot I really like the CL2 because of no straps on the cheeks also. Once I started seeing statistics with the APAP recently I discovered that I had way more leakage using the simple...

My eldest was due on Christmas day and came before Thanksgiving. I'll second that bedrest... I was due at Christmas also but my birthday is the 18th of this month. We were blessed. It was two months in the hospital before I was big enough to come home but no lasting effects to my health that I am a...

I think I'll go kick my mom in the shin and tell her it's because she didn't have my tonsils removed when I was a child.

I'm a side sleeper and don't want any straps across my face due to rosacea (forehead isn't a problem). The Comfortlite2 is working really well for me with the addition of an extra strap from about eye level down to the back of my head (it doesn't touch my face at all an is flat).

Do APAP's "learn" from night to night?

I've been on CPAP at 6 for 1-1/2 months and have seen an improvement, but I'm still tired. Two days ago I switched to a Remstar M Series Auto Pap with Cflex 5-20. The first night my 90% pressure was 6, leakage was 30 (15 over what the book for CL2 says 6 should be) and my AHI was 2.6 or 4.6 (I don't...

Re: rosacea

my dermatologist says it is probably from perspiration building up under them. I've read that it is extremely hard to get rid of the condition once it's started What you see on your face from Rosacea is all a symptom. The true culprit is your blood vessels and heat. The blood vessels very slowly ove...

Sharing Good News

I hadn't even registered yet, so this is my first post, but this is too good to wait. The cats weren't properly excited but I knew you would be! I have been tired for years. Got on thyroid meds which helped a little. Got on depression meds which helped a little (helped my migraines some too). Still ...
