Sleep Guy, The smell sensitivity issue is what has stopped me so far. That's why I was sad to be too late to get into your trial. If you could devise a sniff test sampler of all of the oils that could keep a drop sealed up such that it would still have a scent after being mailed, that would be cool....

Ayr gel in Portland?
Where do you get Ayr gel? Can it be found locally?
If so, anyone near Portland, OR have a suggestion?
If online a site?
Thanks so much.

Once I started seeing statistics with the APAP recently I discovered that I had way more leakage using the simple...

I've been on CPAP at 6 for 1-1/2 months and have seen an improvement, but I'm still tired. Two days ago I switched to a Remstar M Series Auto Pap with Cflex 5-20. The first night my 90% pressure was 6, leakage was 30 (15 over what the book for CL2 says 6 should be) and my AHI was 2.6 or 4.6 (I don't...

Re: rosacea
my dermatologist says it is probably from perspiration building up under them. I've read that it is extremely hard to get rid of the condition once it's started What you see on your face from Rosacea is all a symptom. The true culprit is your blood vessels and heat. The blood vessels very slowly ove...

I hadn't even registered yet, so this is my first post, but this is too good to wait. The cats weren't properly excited but I knew you would be! I have been tired for years. Got on thyroid meds which helped a little. Got on depression meds which helped a little (helped my migraines some too). Still ...
