Hi all, thanks for the advice.

Will, could you elaborate a bit on the reseasl process? Not sure if I understand completely.

Also, why are leaks into the eyes VERY VERY bad?

Does it screw up the therapy?

Thanks!

Mirage Activa help....

Hi Guys and Gals! I have a few questions and wonder if any of you can help me out. I have a Mirage Activa Nasal mask. I have been waking up with sticky gluey eyes. The mask is apparently leaking on both sides of the bridge of my nose. Anyone else with this mask have this problem? Anyone know what I ...

I haven't remembered a dream in years!

Don't think I was reaching REM.

Hoping to change that!

How do you guys like the pillows? I am having some trouble getting a seal on my Mirage Activa. I have a small face and I get leaks under my eyes and the mask sits on my upper lip. MIght be in the market for a change although I just started with this one.

Thanks!

Thanks Lori, I can always use the positive advice. I have heard of this sleep debt thing and it annoys me. How long will it take to pay off about 7 or 8 years of debt??? How long did it take you until you felt rested when you woke up? Anyone else experience the same thing? And my roommate by the way...

Thanks DSM. It is amazing how many people on here are just starting their treatment and found there way over here to talk about it. So, one night down and hopefully many many more to go. So, here is a little rundown of my night if anyone cares... Got to bed around 11:30, which is early for me. I put...

I was always told I was just lazy. That might be part of the problem, but hopefully not the whole thing.

CPAP therapy and depression

Hey guys, one of the big reasons why I chose to get the CPAP was my lack of energy. It had always been dagnosed as depression and I have been on Wellbutrin on and off for a few years with very mixed results. My AHI was 74 during my sleep study and I think this might be part of the problem. Any of yo...

So, I am 23 years old. I guess one of the youngest here. I had my study done and had an AHI of 74, so, I may be young, but I am equally afflicted. I am finishing up school here in New York City this summer and then looking for a job. I am hoping to move to San Francisco or back home to CT or Boston ...

Thanks O! So, this apnea/hypopnea thing could be one of the reasons why I wake up every day feeling just as tired as when I went to sleep? I hope I can get a handle on this. Does apnea/hyp. effect dreaming at all? I can never remember dreams and sometimes I wonder if I have any dreams at all. My gir...
