Before they put the mask on, I showed no REM sleep.
With the mask, I showed a LONG period of REM sleep.

Aching Jaw

slow recovery

i really appreciate everyone's interest and input!! one person asked what I meant by "the machine was working correctly". What I meant was that they downloaded info and the assigned pressure (9) was being maintained all the time. someone else asked what results I was looking for. I'm looking forward...

How long?

I have a full face mask - ResMed Mirage Quattro.

Thanks for the input. I was so excited to get the machine. I tried to realistic, but couldn't help but be disappointed at the same time.

I have had my CPAP machine for 2 weeks. My main symptom was wanting to take naps and pushing the snooze button for HOURS before finally getting out of bed. I was never one to fall asleep watching tv, etc. My sleep study showed 65 resperitory events per hour, but my oxygen level held up pretty well t...
