My husband for over a year, me for 6 months. We both have Respironics APAPs with CFLEX and do not have a noise problem. In fact, it's much quieter with the snores missing .

There is still the Nose Breathe device made by a dentist (Dr. Sue) for $80 http://www.nosebreathe.com . I've had mine since August of last year and it's been a tremendous help. Hardly notice I'm wearing it, but if I don't the "mouth puffs" return immediately.

In the new Opera 8.5 browser a popup window comes up on the order form page that says: "This site is using an outdated encryption method currently classified as insecure. It cannot sufficiently protect sensitive data. Do you wish to continue?" Not very comforting, especially since I just ordered one...
