Re: DME asked for my prescription
I called the DME after 5 years and asked what I needed to do to get a new machine. She said I just needed a prescription from any doctor. I got my regular doctor to write one for an S9 autoset. Called the DME back to say I had it. They contacted the doctor, got the machine, and gave it to me. Never ...

Re: How many Resmed S9's DON'T have the bird sound ?
I've had my machine for 2 months and two weeks ago the noise stared for me. It usually only happens when I wake up, not when I first start.

Re: S9 autoset light comes on in middle of night
Just got back from the DME. I demonstrated the problem, tried a new humidifier and that solved the problem. DME gave me a heated hose and let me keep the old water tank, so it was a worthwhile trip.

S9 autoset light comes on in middle of night
I have had the S9 autoset for a couple of weeks. Two nights ago I started to use the humidifier, slimline hose. I set it at 2.0. First night went well, but there was a lot of water left so I did not refill. The second night I woke up to a blinking light. I figured it was out of water so I shut off t...

Help with comfort curve mask
i just got a comfort curve mask and I can't seem to get a tight fit. I have the straps adjusted about as far as they will go and the interface just sits a little below my nose and the air just leaks out. If I push it a little toward my face, I get a good fit. I have a big head. Any ideas?

Activa full face mask?
As far as I can tell the Activa only comes in a nasal mask. It seems it would be ideal in full face. does anyone know if it exists or is planned?
