I have a weight problem too, I thought CPAP therapy might help with that but it hasn't, although after 3 years I haven't found that it helps me at all, I sleep better without the mask (I think). I too used Xenacal for about a year, lost about 20 lbs. very slowly, but can't take it for ever. Gained i...

Hose Boddy Anyone Made One

I would like the hose buddy as it looks like it might help. Has anyone every made one themselves, and if so, where did you get the pieces that hold the hose. Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

Interesting, I too need to lose weight and wondered if it would help. I've been using a CPAP for 3 years now and have never been able to manage a full 8 (or even 7) hours sleep with it on, and I've tried numerous masks. The most I've ever managed is 6 hours, but I average about 5, sometimes I throw ...

Has anyone used those CPAP pillows and found them helpful? I bought one and think it's a waste of money, too bad we couldn't try before buying. I don't do well even after 3 years and numerous masks, and have found no 'miracle' change in my well being, so had hoped that the pillow would help. cheers
