Is it possible that error came up from trying to launch MyEncore BEFORE you had downloaded data into Encore Pro?

I remember someone saying that would cause an error.

If you mean the date fields in MyEncore, that software seems to insist that there is no earlier date. Clicking manually on the calendar does not override the 21st as the first day of data.

Can I get questions related to MyEncore software answered here? As I look in the software itself, there doesn't seem to be much troubleshooting info. After much wailing and gnashing of teeth, together we got my smart card reader to work. Is this the proper place to ask for help with my next hurdle?

I had not changed the setting under preferences in Encore Pro to a USB Smart Card Reader (apparently the default is PCMCIA).
