Because APAP machines can also function in CPAP mode, your valid prescription should allow you to purchase an APAP machine. The cpap.com people will set it to CPAP and at your prescription's setting, but they also send you the provider's manual, so you're in complete control. I recently purchased my...

Thanks for the links. I still count myself VERY lucky to have found this forum, so a little bit of growing pains along the way is worth it. I read through the site already, and then read the further material. However, they don't cover my problem, but since they linked to Derek's post, I emailed him ...

MyEncore Questions
Can I get questions related to MyEncore software answered here? As I look in the software itself, there doesn't seem to be much troubleshooting info. After much wailing and gnashing of teeth, together we got my smart card reader to work. Is this the proper place to ask for help with my next hurdle?

I tried to install it first and the program warned me and would not install until I did Encore Pro, so I was saved from that mistake. The error I'm getti...

Thanks for all the responses. I have made a little progress, but still not gotten it to work properly. It turns out that it doesn't like the USB Hub. When I plug the reader in directly, I get no error message and the Infineer tools see the reader properly. HOWEVER, when I got into Encore Pro and try...

Problems with Infineer USB Card Reader
I very much want to use the myEncore software as I think it will enable me to figure out the causes of some of my sleep related problems. But, although I've succesfully installed the Encore Pro software and the card reader software (meaning no errors), I'm having no luck getting data from the Infine...
