I used to get that "baby powder smell " every time I get a new mask. I now soak my mask overnight with baby shampoo, when i first get it and once a week maintenance cleaning. I no longer get that "baby powder smell.

M series in my experience , is a little bit louder than the "tank" . The tank has a more soothing faint sound. M series took a little getting used to. IMO.
