I’d like to try pur-sleep and see if it helps. I would also like to see if it helps me as a shift worker. Sleeping can be difficult at times even with my xpap therapy.

I have a liberty and have had the same problem. One thing you might try is take a ¼“ wide strip of duct tape (I used gorilla tape) and wrap it around that elbow right where it connects to the mask. The other weak spot is where the upper clips connect to the headgear. Resmed need to take notice and f...

I’ve been on cpap for about 8 weeks now and I have done extremely well and have been able to work through most of the problems getting use to becoming a ‘Hose head’. I have a Liberty and the biggest problem I have had is the nasal pillows slipping out from under my nose and leaking like crazy. What ...

One week on CPAP!
Just finished my first week on CPAP; I have to say that I've been really blessed that I have done so well considering what I’ve read about the trials some people have been through. I have the Resmed liberty mask and it is so comfortable that when I get into bed and settled down I really don’t have a...

First Night with CPAP
Last night was my first night with my CPAP.i ended up with a Resmed S8 Vantage EPR Auto PAP with humidifier. My mask is Liberty Hybrid……I did a lot better than I thought I would. I feel more rested than I have in a long time. The mask is very comfortable. And I didn’t have any trouble getting used t...

Thanks for all the replies. I’ve already tried to expedite the process as much as I can. They have been really good about accommodating me as much as they can. I just might try and find a memory foam pad that I can take with me. They told me to bring my favorite pillow so I’ll just expand on it a li...

Had my sleep study
I had my sleep study last Monday night and it was about the worst night of my life. Being hooked up to all those wires didn't bother me near as much as the bed I tried to sleep in. I seriously question weather they got any information at all. I was so uncomfortable and slept so light that I don’t re...

Newbie
I just found this forum and am grateful that there is a resource that I can go to when I need to get information. I am not on a machine yet; I go for my sleep study on the 27th to find out exactly what is going on. But I am sure that I will be a hose head after everything is said and done. I am sick...
