Amanda, I know exactly where you are. I was there more than a qeek ago. I myself switched to an Auto machine but with the A-Flex, not the C-Flex. I can say with certainty that has made the difference for me. Exhalation pressure was my biggest problem, have you tried all the different C-Flex settings...

I just wanted to add that the change from C-Flex to A-Flex was Life Changing. Even my doctor was impressed with how big a change the two technologies are. Originally the product information regarding A-Flex led my doctor to say "Just sounds like they upgraded their algorithms". But my doctor was sti...

A full week !
Hello everyone, Well its been a full week since I had my machine changed out for a RemStar Auto A-Flex and I have to say I have never been happier!!! I bought the card reader, got my hands on the software and started tracking day by day my usage as well as changes. My AHI has been a solid 1.0 for a ...

What a difference knowing your own information makes !
2 weeks ago I was on the verge of collapse. I hadn't slept in almost 3 weeks and I was fearing trying to get to sleep every night with that god awful machine. A few posts here helped me realized the pieces I was missing and how to go about fine tuning my own therapy. On the great advice of SnoreDog,...

I would like to give a second thumbs up for this amazing machine. Since getting it I have gone from 1.5 hours to averaging 4.5 hours of sleep on the machine. I also found out I have been averaging a 10cm pressure and my doc originally prescribed a 12cm pressure on my original Plus machine. No wonder...

Wow! Thanks! I had no idea that my battle with the DME would be so interesting to others! Makes me feel better about sharing it! Although I haven't chimed in on this thread at all I can honestly say I have been on the edge of my seat as well. One reason is I am in the same position waiting to get m...

Ironically as it sounds, I was reading Snoredog's review of the A-Flex machine (the one my DME is supposed to be dropping off today) when my DME called me. She said they were backorder on the A-Flex and were going to substitute it with an older model of the Auto - C-Flex machine. I put my foot down ...

Just a quick update, Thanks to everyone for all your suggestions. Although I didn't have the giant leap forward that I was hoping (I kind of expected that), I did see some minor improvement. With some minor alterations to where and how much pur-sleep I use (possibly even picking up one of the other ...

I just unpacked it and am actually excited to give it a try tonight Sir, if this works you will have a client for life ! On another note, I thi...

All good suggestions, I may just try a few of those out over the next few nights. I really do want to picture myself using the machine successfully, getting back into shape going back to my martial arts classes and finally achieving my black belt. Most of those dreams were lost recently due to surge...

Newbie needs a little help & understanding...(long)
Hello all, First off I wanted to say thank you to SnoreDog, who on a previous post concerning my machine, helped me identify and understand the massive differences in the types of machines out there versus what I have. After gaining knowledge about the types of machines I armed myself with the knowl...

I would NOT bother "upgrading" your REMSTAR with a SmartCard module, the machine isn't capable of generating any data once you do install it. If the machine is capable of detailed data or at a minimum compliance data it would already have a SmartCard module installed. You are better off putting tha...
