RE: Clogged Ears!!!
I haven't used olive oil since getting ears shringed (irrigated) the 2nd time and based on your replies, will not use till I can get to see an ENT. I will call tomorrow to see how soon I can get an appointment or I may need another referral from family physician. In any event, that will be my next s...

Clogged Ears!!!
My ears have been clogged (or feels like it) since early december. I have had my ears shringed on the 7th and again on the 14th with little relief. Everything to me sounds muffled and when I talk, it's like I whisper. My husband asks me to speak louder but to me I already sound loud. I heard sometim...

Rainout!
Hi SleepGuy, I'm still going at it but still have rainout. I even tried cpap without humidifier and still get rainout. I am going to try to get some sort of sleeve to go over tubing to see if that helps. In meantime I have "new" M series auto with a-flex and humidifier. I find very loud compared to ...

Opinions Please!!
Remstar Auto C-Flex Cpap vs M Series Auto Cpap with A-Flex. For the 1st 3 mths have been using Remstar which I had rented. I am required to rent for 1st 3 mths to see if treatment works then the $$$ for rental is included in purchase price. I now have the M series which I have now purchased on 10-15...

Fed up & Frustrated!
I know I wasn't specific but I was just upset and frustrated. Originally I did have surgery about a year ago to open my nasal passage which worked for awhile but then snoring returned. Dr suggested removing uvula and partial pallet as I have no tonsils but declined knowing if I do have sleep apnea, ...

The machine I have now is a Remstar Auto with C-flex. It is exactly like the one I have in the pic. It's a rental but when I make the purchase, it will be the same only more compact. The humidifier is on the side. I know you said I have the right machine, I just feel a little confused about the whol...

Thank-you Jim, Just got back from RT to get info on card downloaded. Apparantly I fall asleep before the cpap reaches the right pressure. RT has now made the adjustments. I am also trying a new nasal mask. It's from Respironics confort series. The mask has blue gel. I would like to know how I'm doin...

RE: Tired of cpap
Thank-you everyone for responding to my concerns and your encouragement. I know this is a lifelong treatment and I'm only a week into it. I will not stop using cpap just b'cause I haven't adjusted to treatment or the mask. I was to the respiratory therapist and showed her how I put on the "nasal" ma...
