Unlike some of the folks here, I have been very fortunate in that I have a GREAT DME. They have always been very obliging and professional. They even GAVE me a Mirage Liberty so that I could try it and see if it worked for me.

I have a Quattro Full Face Mask that I use primarily, plus a Mirage Activa Nasal as a backup. I also have a ResMed Mirage Liberty Full Face with Nasal Pillows that my DME gave me as a freebie to try it and see how it works for me. Can't beat those freebies

Personally, I would stick with the one that offered the better service from the get go. Being difficult regarding completely reasonable request at the start of a relationship does not bode well in my book. Going forward, you'll need to have at least a minimal relationship with the DME...and the bet...
