I picked up a Comfort Zone pillow at JC Penney about a month ago for about $30. The is a memory foam type pillow and works great with my mask. I take my pillow with me when I travel.

My son has RLS and my wife complained about my snoring when the Dr. asked if my son snored during his yearly visit. After a quick consultation I had 2 sleep studies and now I'm a proud owner of a cpap machine. I've been using it or about a month now with no problems.

I also had 150 episodes over a 7 hour period and O2 level that dropped below 80 once during the night.

I'm now on a cpap with a pressure of 7.

I've experienced the same thing. I just raise my mask enough to break the seal and feel the air rushing out to show myself it is working.

I've been on my system for about 2 1/2 weeks. I have a follow up with the sleep doc tomorrow.

I have found a mask that appears to be working without irratating my skin.

I now know when I go to sleep with the cpap I will wake up the next morning feeling ready to face the day instead of wish for a day off.javascript:emoticon':D'
