I vote for chocolate, coconut and banana and I be they would be great mixed. Why can't they be essential oils vs. synthetic?

Thanks SleepGuy

I got mine a month or wo ago and no postage due. My bank did charge a transaction fee - I don't think it was that much but I honestly don't remember.

Enjoy your hose.

I have been using the oils for several weeks now. I like the smell of spice out of the bottle the best but didn't particularly enjoy sleeping with it. Peace had too strong of a lavender smell for me but the clear helped me sleep really well even though it wasn't so appealing when I smelled it out of...

weird squeak coming from mask swivel connection

Hello,

The swiveling point of connection from the mask to the hose just started squeaking. It just bothers me as I move as I'm drifting off to sleep. Any ideas of something I could do to stop it? Wax? KY Jelly?

Thanks friends.

I had one really sore week - never got the gel and then the old nares toughened up and I don't need to use any "product." Hang in there, it will get better.

I too went for the heated hose and the only night I had rainout was when I inadvertently forgot to plug it in...it really is worth it.

I keep mine in the drawer. The only drawback is a little finagling to get my humidifier reservoir out to fill it. If we are having folks over I unplug everything and closer the drawer.

Like optilife want to try another mask

Hello, I have been using my optiife nasal mask very happily since mid-July. Apparently I am eligible for a new mask and I would like to try another. I am a side sleeper usefairly high pressure (15#) not thrilled with the idea of a full face mask (hated it in the sleep study) Thanks for any suggestio...

I just received my samples - thank you SleepGuy! I tried Peace last night and as others have mentioned I had trouble dispensing and at least 3 drops came out and the scent was really strong. I moved it away from the intake and then turned the pad upside down. Went to sleep easily. Woke up at 4 (as i...

I use a nasal mask though not the one you mention. I had very sore nostrils for about a week and I use 15# on the cpap - avg less now that I have an apap. Other people rec ayr gel but I didn't need to use that. Now it doesn't bother me at all. Hope you adjust easily.

I second the don't get a new one until there is something wrong with an old one. I hate the new plastic smell personally and I don't want to contribute to all of the plastic waste (and the petroleum necessary to create new plastic).

I use it 2x/day pretty consistently and my allergies have improved immensely. I use warm tap water (that I don't drink but I don't have/want a microwave and if I had to boil the water I wouldn't rinse), add kosher salt with a tiny bit of baking soda (I make a mix up a put a tiny spoon of it into the...

Thanks folks - I just ordered one. And a big thank you for the "newsletter" tip for 10% off - every little bit helps.

You have been such a wonderful source of support - I've been trying to give back by giving 2 friends tips and sending them to this site.

Hi, I know it is shipped with a power source but several people have noted problems with the power source that comes with it - which is why I asked for info about that - if anyone knows: 1) Can I just buy the power source at Radio Shack - then I assume I don't need a converter. 2) Ditto with the pow...
