Ok, lol, how about this for winter?

Just kidding. That Australian one looks simple to make. How about a ball cap with everything (including the bill) cut out but the band and the seams?
Looks like one to me.

This has probably been suggested, but why not make a cotton or muslin cover for your Topaz? Or, since you velcro the NA II to it, just cover the inside. You could use long stitches to hold it in place.

The culprit might be the o ring that holds the metal pan on the humidifier. Disassemble the tub taking the seal and the baffle out, then grasping both sides of the bottom tub assembly, push gently on the pan with both thumbs until it slides out the bottom. There may be something smelly trapped betwe...

Check your user manual. My manual says the blue side goes next to the cover.

This brings up another question. My filters are not washable, only disposable. I thought all Resmed filters were disposable. The filters on the S8's are washable?

Try a large straw and slitt it up the side with a small pair of scissors, then roll it up until it fits the hole. If you tape it there, you will have the right size for the whatever you try in it.

If you register and add your equipment, we can better help you. Sounds like you have a Resmed machine. The white part of the filter goes in first, so the blue will be facing you when you insert it. If that is your machine, it's recommeded you change your filter every 2 weeks if you have a dust probl...

Why not a thin piece of plastic tubing? Might be hard to find, but you could experiment with plastic straws until you figured out the right size. It would only take a short piece to clear eye level and could be tied to your headgear.

Welcome AdmiralCougar, I'm a Bipap user with severe sleep apnea and a pressure of 20/16. Currently use a Resmed VPAP III (insurance paid for) but have a Respronics Bipap Pro 2 as a backup machine. I prefer the Resmed, but maybe because it was my first machine and I'm used to it. There are a few "com...

Welcome to the forum, Sleepygal! The first thing is Cpap at that pressure will be extremely tough to breath out against. Even with CFlex, you may not be able to tolerate it. Be prepared to tell your doctor it's not working and you need a bipap. I was placed on a bipap at 20/16 and told I could not w...

It is hard to disconnect, it fits very tight. Suggest you try running some hot water over it. Someone used a butter knife to get it started going down. Once you get it started, just work it off gently. I know it comes off, it happened to me one night and I was asleep!

Glad to see you're doing ok. Hope you get back to normal quickly. Can't help you on what to do after surgery, but it seems if you can tolerate the pressure on your airway, you should give it a try. But like Treesap says, it's probably not something you can count on. The only thing I can think of is ...
